Earning his bachelor of commerce from the University of New South Wales, Mr. Taylor completed a law degree at the same institution and pursued his LLM at Yale University. He practiced with Pillsbury Winthrop, LLP, as a partner for nearly two decades and was an attorney with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, in San Francisco before establishing his present firm in 2008.
